NEO Event Pros offers a variety of services to make your corporate event a success! From professional DJ services (background music, party time, announcements) and event planning assistance (timelines, coordinating music, logistics) to emcee responsibilities, marketing options (data collection through photo booths), interactive phone activities (quizzes, polls), and printing services (directional signage, name badges with photos). We can be your brand activation partner. From providing greeters to creating brand displays, we can take your brand over the top. A few options include:
Pre-Activation Buzz Creation - promoting your event through social media channels and websites using collateral supplied by you or created by us if you need a little creative boost.
Branded and Experiential Photo Booths - the booth wrapped in your logo, prints (or digital deliveries) that can include brand info, promotions, specials, and even coupons). User screens can be customized with images and even audio and video messages to see throughout the booth use.
Onsite Engagement Tracking - lead information generation through digital delivery, we create a list of anyone using the booth and provide at the end.
Event Emcee (or Emcee Support) - We can be your announcer OR be your own Emcee's assistant.
Creating Handouts for attendees - 4x6 prints, stickers, or magnets - all designed to your specs
Ad Creation - Audio ads that can be mixed into the music and/or video ads that can be played on your screens (or we can provide)

Yes —one of the largest selections of add-ons in the state! Just a few examples include personalized signage, monogram/logo projection, extra lighting (uplighting), projector/screen setup, 4'x8 foot video walls, blacklight party wash, karaoke, giveaways like glo batons, flip flops, and other items.

Most pricing is right on the website. If you book a DJ package and a photo booth package separately, a $100 discount will be added. More custom items require more info so reach out to contact@affordabledjohio.com or 330-495-1922 (call or text).

A majority of our business comes from referrals and word of mouth.
Primarily serving Northeast Ohio, including Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and extends throughout the region. Events taking place more than 50 miles from our office (located at 127 Mill St, Hartville, OH), a $50 travel fee is added. For events taking place more than 100 miles away a $100 travel fee and 1 night lodging are required (or an additional $200 and we can find our own lodging)
