I got to spend some time with their director of events Hannah Devitt recently to find out more about this venue.
It's a family owned and operated business located in Louisville, OH. Ideal for small weddings, social, and business events a special experience is their goal.
When I first headed out their way I was surprised to find such a beautiful, quiet country setting. Although the "main" event space might seem relatively small - they have seating for around 130 people with overflow areas as well.
They have a complete kitchen for the DIY cooks or for your caterer's to use to make setup and cleanup easier. They even offer relaxing pontoon boat rides!
Offering a detached building for ceremonies allows the convenience of spending the entire day at one location. Perfect for the laid back receptions or team building meetings they offer outdoor areas perfect for fun and games. They even have a putting green, cornhole, fire pit, and other activities available
Rates at the Whetstone Event Center are reasonable as well - they even offer a full weekend package for those multi-day events or simply to allow more time for setting up and cleaning up your event!
They are one of our newest venue partners and we look forward to many events at the Whetstone Conference and Event Center. Overall, it's located in a beautiful countryside overlooking a charming, quiet lake that will create a relaxing environment and perfect place for time with family and friends.
